What are your hours?
VisitingHours vary by store. Adrian runs Mon–Thu 9AM–8:45PM · Fri–Sun 8AM–8:45PM. Grand Rapids, Traverse City and Kalkaska are all open daily 9AM–9PM. New deals every day at every location.
Do I need to be 21 to shop?
VisitingLegalYes. Every Olswell store serves adults 21 and older with a valid government-issued photo ID. Our Grand Rapids store also welcomes medical patients 18+ with a valid med card.
What ID do I need to bring?
VisitingLegalA valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID: driver’s license, state ID or passport from any U.S. state. No ID, no entry. We card everyone, every time, no exceptions.
How do I get the first-time discount?
DealsEasy. first-time customer perksat any Olswell store. Just walk in with a valid 21+ ID and tell the budtender it’s your first visit. No code, no email sign-up required.
What is Happy Hour?
DealsGrand Rapids runs Happy Hour: 20% off the whole shop, every day from 12 to 3 PM. The other stores run daily specials plus Night Owl and Early Owl windows. No code, no membership. Discounts do not stack unless stated.
What payment do you take?
VisitingDealsCash & debit only.There are ATMs on-site at every store if you need to grab cash before you check out. No credit cards: that’s a federal banking thing, not an Olswell thing.
Can I order online and pick up in store?
VisitingProductsYes. Browse and order through the Dutchie menu for your store, then pick up in person. Orders held until end of business day. Bring a valid 21+ ID.
Do you grow your own cannabis?
ProductsWe do. Our house brands (RKIVE Reserve, Play and The Limit) are grown and processed in-house at our Adrian lab. Grown here, made here, sold here.
What kind of products do you carry?
ProductsFlower, pre-rolls, vapes, concentrates, edibles, solventless hash rosin and more, from our three house brands plus a rotating bench of Michigan’s best. Grand Rapids runs deli-style flower: pick your weight, watch it get jarred.
Can out-of-state visitors buy here?
LegalVisitingAbsolutely. Adults 21+ from any state can purchase with a valid photo ID. One rule: all cannabis must be consumed within Michigan. Taking it across state lines is a federal offense.
