These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of olswell.com (the “Site”) and any pickup orders placed with Olswell Cannabis Co., operated by Hemlock Ventures LLC under Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency license AU-R-000535. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Eligibility: 21 and Older
You must be 21 years of age or older to use this Site, view our menu, or purchase any product. By using the Site you represent that you are at least 21. A valid government-issued photo ID is required to pick up any order. We may refuse service to anyone who cannot verify they are 21 or older, and to anyone who appears intoxicated, per Michigan law.
Orders, Pickup, and Pricing
The Site lets you build a pickup order from a participating store's live menu. An order placed online is a request, not a guaranteed sale. All sales are completed in person at the store and are subject to product availability, ID verification, Michigan purchase limits, and our staff's final discretion. Orders held until end of business day. Bring a valid 21+ ID. Payment is cash & debit only at all locations. Prices, promotions, and inventory shown online may differ from in-store and may change without notice. Errors in pricing or availability may be corrected at the point of sale.
Michigan Purchase Limits and Compliance
All purchases are subject to Michigan adult-use cannabis purchase limits and all applicable state and local regulations. Cannabis sold by Olswell Cannabis Co. is intended for use only by adults 21 and older within the State of Michigan. It is unlawful to transport cannabis across state lines. Keep all products in their original packaging and out of reach of children and pets.
No Medical or Health Claims
Information on this Site is for general and educational purposes only and is not medical advice. We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, or prevents any condition. Statements about our products have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration. New deals every day and first-time customer perks are available subject to terms, eligibility, and availability, and may be changed or ended at any time. Discounts and loyalty benefits cannot be combined unless stated, have no cash value, and apply only where permitted by Michigan law.

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to bypass age verification, interfering with its operation or security, scraping or harvesting data, or using it for any unlawful purpose. You may not reproduce or resell any part of the Site without our written permission.
Intellectual Property
The Olswell name, logo, house-brand names (including Play, The Limit, and RKIVE Reserve), text, graphics, and imagery on the Site are owned by Hemlock Ventures LLC or its licensors and are protected by law. You may not use them without our prior written consent.

The Site may link to or embed third-party services, such as our online menu and ordering platform. We are not responsible for the content, terms, or privacy practices of third parties, and your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Site is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hemlock Ventures LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing Law and Changes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. We may update these Terms from time to time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
