Is the discount one-time per person or per location? One-time total. After one first-time transaction at any Olswell, you're no longer a first-time customer. This applies whether your first visit is Adrian or Traverse City.

Do I need to sign up for loyalty to get the discount? No. The discount is automatic with valid ID, regardless of loyalty status. We'll invite you to join our loyalty program, but joining isn't required for the discount.

Can I stack the first-time discount with Happy Hour? Yes. Visit between 5-9 PM, and both discounts apply. This creates maximum savings on opening purchases.

What if I forget my ID? You need ID for the discount and to legally purchase cannabis. Come back with ID.

Can someone else use my discount if I give them my ID? No. Michigan law requires the person presenting ID to be the purchaser. The discount is personal to the ID holder.
