Vape Cartridges in Traverse City

How to Choose a Cart

A cart is only a good buy if it fits your battery and suits you. Check four things before you order:

• Connector. Most carts use the standard 510 thread. Confirm on the package that it matches your battery.
• What is inside. Rosin carts are filled with rosin. RKIVE Reserve's are solventless, made with ice water and mechanical separation and no chemical solvents, and Play makes rosin carts too.
• THC content. It is on the label. Cartridges are concentrated, so a puff goes further than it looks.
• Your battery. Not sure what pairs with the cart you picked? Ask the Front Street team before you buy. Our guide to choosing a vape cartridge walks through the rest.

Small Enough to Forget, Not Legal Everywhere

Carts disappear into a jacket pocket or a beach bag, so know where yours is. They also have little odor, but low smell does not make public use legal. Michigan bans consuming cannabis in public, which covers the beach, the TART Trail and parks, and the car is for driving, not vaping.

Flying out of Cherry Capital Airport? Cannabis cannot cross state lines, and that includes a cart in your carry-on.

Take It Slow

Start with a single short puff and wait several minutes before another. Cartridge effects arrive fast, and concentrates are stronger per puff than flower. Many people find the first few minutes tell them everything they need to know, so give it time before going back for more.
