Driving to Olswell Grand Rapids: Routes From Holland, Muskegon, Lansing and Kalamazoo

Routes by starting point

• Holland, about 29 miles. I-196 east into Grand Rapids, then onto 28th Street Southeast.
• Muskegon, about 47 miles. I-96 east toward Grand Rapids, then 28th Street Southeast.
• Kalamazoo, about 49 miles. US-131 north into Grand Rapids, then 28th Street Southeast.
• Lansing, about 62 miles. I-96 west into Grand Rapids, then 28th Street Southeast.

These are road miles, not drive times. Rush-hour traffic on the highways can add time, and winter snow and ice can add more, so check your navigation app before you leave.

What 28th Street looks like

28th Street Southeast is one of Grand Rapids' main retail and restaurant corridors. You will pass shops and restaurants on the way to the store, so it is an easy place to add lunch or errands to the trip.

Order ahead before you drive

The surest way to avoid a wasted trip is to order on the Grand Rapids live menu and pick up in store. Orders are held until the end of the business day, so the timing is forgiving. Inventory rotates, so check the live menu for what is in stock. Olswell does not deliver.

Grand Rapids sells deli-style flower: you pick your weight and it is jarred at the counter.

What to bring

• A valid government-issued photo ID showing you are 21 or older.
• Cash. Olswell is cash only, with an ATM on-site.
• If it is your first visit, tell the counter. First-time customers get 25% off their first visit. Grand Rapids does not run a timed 20%-off window, so check the live menu for weekly deals.

New to all of this? The first-time visitor guide walks through the visit step by step.

Do not drive impaired

Do not use cannabis before you drive, and do not use it in the car, on the way there or on the way home. Wait until you have arrived somewhere private and you are finished driving for the day.
